Big Spawn processes information only to operate this website for us; their handling is governed by a data processing agreement and their platform privacy policy.

Booking form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, the service you want to book, the appointment date and time, and any notes you add for us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our platform provider automatically collects limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site:

IP address (hashed): stored as a one-way SHA-256 hash, not in plain form, to detect spam and abuse on contact and booking forms.
Browser / device: standard user-agent string and the page you visited, for analytics and troubleshooting.
Cookies: first-party storage only, used to remember your privacy choices. Site analytics is cookie-free and anonymous, and we do not run advertising cookies on this site.

You can turn analytics off any time via the “Privacy Choices” link in the site footer.

How We Use Your Information

To respond to your message, quote, or booking request.
To schedule, confirm, and remind you of appointments.
To deliver the services you book and follow up afterwards.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Our platform provider. Big Spawn LLC operates the underlying website platform on our behalf. They are contractually bound to use the information only to operate this site.
Service providers we use. Email delivery (transactional notifications), cloud hosting, and similar back-end providers acting on our or our platform's instructions, with appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
At your direction. If you ask us to share information with a third party (for example, a partner business or supplier needed to fulfill a booking), we will share only what is necessary.

Appointments: kept for the life of the customer relationship and as long as required for tax, accounting, and customer-service purposes.
Technical logs (hashed IP, user-agent): kept by our platform provider for a limited security window, typically 13 months, then deleted.

Some records may be retained longer where required by law (for example, tax recordkeeping).
